In this epsisode I talk with the dynamic duo of Greg "Doc" Hesch and Mike "Doc" Riche. Both are veterans of the United States Military, former Private Security Contractors overseas, and Paramedics. Both have spent time overseas in war zones. Neither are strangers to the damage violence can impart to the human body.

We spend the bulk of our time discussing many of the medical issues of contracting from the tactical perspective. We also discuss the differences between tactical medicine as practiced in conflict zones versus medical treatment practiced in non-conflict zones -- such as in the United States.
