Without the proper instruction and training, over a period of years, however many years that may be for you, and without a centered grounding and constant self-critique and self-reflection, you are likely operating like an AI-robot -- programmed to do and say whatever your mind-masters are telling to you to do and say. And, very likely, you have and are getting everything wrong.
